Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are your shipping limitations?

A: We ship to the lower continental 48 states here in the U.S. As of right now, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. ***We can ship internationally! However, all international shipments are sent through UPS.

 

Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.) We also accept PayPal.

 

Q: Do you offer same-day order processing and shipping?

A: YES!! All orders placed before 3:00 pm CST will be processed and shipped out of our warehouse on the same day. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact our sales department for more details.

 

Q: Are you open on the weekends?

A: We are open Monday thru Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST, with the exception of major Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Independence Day, etc.)

 

Q: Do you offer more options and varieties of automation electronics than what’s listed on your site?

A: Yes! We are an authorized distributor for the products currently listed on our website. However, if you are in need of a specialty item or one that’s simply not listed on our store site, we can source it for you. And if we can’t source it, we can point you to someone who can. Ask about our automation electronics surplus store. There is bound to be something there that you’re looking for!

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, we do! All of our products are returnable for up to 30 days from the time the order was placed. Please note that there is a restocking fee (this does not apply if the item is defective/non-working). When we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect it and once we obtain confirmation of the condition, you will be refunded.

 

Q: What are your methods of shipment?

A: We ship our orders using USPS, UPS, & FedEx. For more shipping options, please contact us and a sales associate will address your individual shipping needs.

 

Q: If you are out of stock, can I still place an order?

A: Yes, you can! Most products on our store are stocked at our local warehouse. However, if an item is out of stock, you may contact us to set up a back order. Once ordered stock is received, back orders are usually filled and shipped the same day.   

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do ship internationally using DHL Express. If you wish to use another carrier, it will have to be on your own account. Please contact us for details. ***Please do not ask for us to skew the invoice under any circumstances.
